Estimator Interior Fitout

Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and subcontracting requirements.

Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and documents.

Attend on-site meetings and prepare BOQ

Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, tender submissions, and budgetary proposals.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost alignment with technical requirements.

Update and maintain a database of local suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates.

Assist in value engineering exercises by suggesting alternative materials or methods.

Support the team in post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required.
