Estimator (Joinery)

Job Title -Joinery Estimator

We are looking for a Joinery Estimator with 4+ years of experience in UAE in a joinery based company.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for joinery works.

-Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to determine material, labor, and time requirements.

-Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and compare pricing.

-Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure estimates align with technical and commercial requirements.

-Conduct value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.

-Assist management in pricing strategies and cost analysis during negotiations.

-Maintain cost database and update material/labor rate benchmarks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

-4+ years of UAE experience in joinery estimation.

-Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication methods.

-Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

- Preferred candidate from Joinery industry only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
