Estimator (Kitchen Equipment)

Job Description:

Are you detail-driven, commercially sharp, and experienced in costing technical projects? Do you understand the dynamics of hospitality fit-outs and commercial kitchen equipment? We’re looking for a proactive Project Estimator – Commercial Kitchen Equipment to join ELKE UAE and support our growing portfolio of hospitality projects across the Middle East.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and commercial proposals for commercial kitchen projects

• Reviewing tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications

• Conducting quantity take-offs and accurate equipment costing

• Coordinating with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and technical compliance

• Supporting the sales and design teams during pre-tender and post-tender stages

• Analysing project margins and ensuring profitability targets are met

• Identifying value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality

• Assisting in negotiations with clients and consultants when required

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in estimation within commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality fit-out, or technical trading (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of BOQs, tender processes, and project costing

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and kitchen layouts

• High proficiency in Excel and costing sheets

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment

• Engineering, quantity surveying, or technical background preferred
