Job Summary
The Estimator & Procurement Officer is responsible for supporting projects by preparing accurate cost
estimates, coordinating procurement, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role requires strong
analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills to support project execution and budget
control.
Key Responsibilities
Section 1: Estimation Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and estimation files for new inquiries and ongoing projects.
Coordinate with project and technical teams to prepare and review client quotations.
Prepare and review LPOs as per team and project requirements (fit-out and joinery).
Maintain and update project lists and estimation records.
Support budget preparation and cost breakdowns for each project.
Section 2: Procurement Responsibilities
Source, research, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to meet project and company
requirements.
Prepare RFQs and conduct price and scope comparisons to select suitable vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, terms, and credit
facilities.
Arrange material samples, sample boards, and supplier meetings as required.
Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability to ensure timely site delivery.
Maintain procurement lists, supplier databases, and proper documentation for all purchases.
Manage inventory of samples and purchased materials.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate project handover documentation, warranties, and supplier-related closeout
requirements.
Reporting & Monitoring
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to procurement, estimation,
inventory, and supplier performance.
Coordinate with the finance team for payables, SOA follow-ups, and payment releases.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in estimation and procurement (construction or interior fitout
preferred).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and estimation software.
Good communication and vendor management skills.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
