Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Grand Rapids, MI, for an Estimator/Project Manager for our Locker division. This includes metal/phenolic/plastic lockers for K-12 schools, universities, businesses, hospitals, etc. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating project execution, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with customers & team members, evaluating project requirements, and maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience with Construction Estimating and Project Estimation methods
• Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in specialty construction industries is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
