Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are a carpentry & joinery manufacturing company looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our growing team.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1–2 years UAE experience in QS/Estimating

· Joinery experience is a must (carpentry, fit-out, custom joinery works)

· Strong understanding of materials, cost of materials, labor costs, and the full joinery production process

· Ability to read drawings and prepare accurate BOQs/estimates

· Good communication skills and attention to detail

· Proficient in MS Office; estimating software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare estimates, BOQs, and costing for joinery projects

· Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for updated pricing

· Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

· Assist in preparing quotations and tender submissions

· Support senior QS/Estimator with cost breakdowns and documentation

· Ensure pricing accuracy and timely submissions
