Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an engineer who can visualise UAE construction drawings, identify works/materials and take off quantities with very good accuracy. The person shall highlight scope gaps between trades, missing items in Tender drawings, quickly grasp key points in the Specifications, highlight materials that are not locally available, with knowledge of locally approved alternatives. Shall be quick in raising RFIs. Risks to be listed based on various document study within the available Tender period, knowledge to take off excavation/backfill, steel structure, rebar BBS and concrete quantities. Sharp memory and knowledge of professional use of Excel & Powerpoint is a must. The right person will be flexible and willing to spend extra hours to complete critical deliverables on the committed time and ensuring timely submission of Tender. Growth will come to the right person. Knowledge of Civil, Architecture, ID, Structure, Landscape, Facade, MEP and Autocad skills are important.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
