Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to lead the full pre-contract and post-contract estimating cycle for high-end interior fit-out and joinery projects across the UAE. You will own tender submissions from initial brief through adjudication, collaborate with design, production and procurement teams, and build client relationships that position us to win competitive bids.

Key responsibilities

• Study tender documents, blueprints, client briefs, and specification drawings to fully understand project scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labour, management overhead, subcontractor packages, and profit margin.
• Produce and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for joinery and all fit-out trades — marble, glass, metal, MEP, finishes, and FF&E.
• Conduct rate analyses and rate break-ups for variations; prepare value engineering options for clients.
• Float and evaluate subcontractor enquiries; co-ordinate supplier quotations (local and international) and maintain a competitive supplier network.
• Lead pre-bid and post-bid meetings; finalise tender adjudication and present to estimation management.
• Advise on procurement strategy; co-ordinate with the production manager and planning engineer to align material delivery schedules.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
