Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Interior and Fit out works

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in interior and fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project drawings and specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and precise pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.

Analyze project risks, materials, and labor costs.

Support the project team with cost control and variation estimates.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market prices and materials.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out or joinery projects.

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Strong understanding of fit-out materials, methods, and market rates.

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
