ESTIMATOR/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR (joinery and Fitout)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior decoration projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers to gather project requirements and specifications.
• Assist in preparing project bids and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Manage and monitor project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project budgets and expenses, providing regular reports to management.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve project-related issues.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and project communications.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and provide technical input when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the interior decoration or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, costing methods, and project processes.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
