Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Joinery & Fit-Out Specialist)

HKZ is a growing interior fit-out and joinery company in Dubai, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in joinery and fit-out works to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Perform quantity take-offs for joinery and interior works
• Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and production processes
• Experience in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience with joinery factories or fit-out contractors
• Familiarity with UAE market rates and suppliers
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
