Job Title: Estimator – Renovation & Fit-out Projects
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Experience: 3-5 years in fit-out and renovation projects.

Salary: 4,000 AED – 6,000 AED based on experience and qualifications.

Working days: 6 Days, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexible hours and the possibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to determine project costs.
• Prepare detailed and competitive project quotations within specified deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of estimating data and update cost databases as needed.
• Recording scope changes and preparing cost variation notices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as an estimator in renovation and fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of CRM software and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
