A leading general contractor based in Colorado is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our expanding water infrastructure division. We deliver complex civil construction projects including treatment facilities, pump stations, tanks, reservoirs, and underground utilities. Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities through public and private bid listings within assigned regions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform detailed cost analysis of labor, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Resolve discrepancies in pricing or scope to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, preferably within civil infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimating software, spreadsheets, and document review tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform precise material take-offs.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.

Compensation
$80,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday through Friday, based in the South Denver metro area.
