Estimator/Sales/Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Estimator/Sales/Project Manager to lead our steel construction projects from initial estimate through project completion. Duties

• Prepare detailed and accurate construction estimates utilizing industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, or Soildworks, incorporating all project costs including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bids
• Lead sales efforts by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling proposals that highlight value and cost efficiency
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and project terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations and company standards
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed, quality standards are maintained, and timelines are met
• Control project costs through diligent budget monitoring, cost control strategies, and proactive problem-solving
• Collaborate closely with project teams to coordinate procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation for smooth project delivery
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate transparency and accountability throughout each phase of the project

Experience

• Proven experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Bluebeam, or similar estimating software
• Strong background in steel or related field with hands-on site experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in sales within the steel industry with excellent negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for digital plan review and markup processes
• Knowledge of contracts, project management principles, and cost control techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
