Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MSBI ETL Developer with strong expertise in SSIS, SQL Server, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory (ADF). The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL workflows, ensuring high-quality data integration, and supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SSIS, Power BI, and SQL Server.
* Write and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexing strategies.
* Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines including SSIS job integration, ADF trigger scheduling, and migration of SSIS to ADF.
* Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment processes.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into efficient ETL solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across data systems.
* Develop documentation including data mappings, technical specs, and data lineage.
* Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability.
* Stay updated with innovations in MSBI, ADF, and data integration technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 5–7 years of hands-on experience with SSIS, SQL Server, Power BI.
* Strong expertise in SQL/T-SQL, DML/DDL, stored procedures, execution plans, and data import/export.
* Proven experience designing and managing ADF pipelines, datasets, linked services, and data flows.
* Understanding of integration runtime, ADF triggers, and performance tuning.
* Solid understanding of SDLC, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
* Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with US Healthcare domain.
* Experience with analytical tools (Power BI/Tableau).
* Experience with Salesforce application integrations.
* Knowledge of COGNOS reporting tools.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 -12 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
