The Role

As an Intern, you will work directly with our Marketing Team on high-impact projects designed to increase brand visibility. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who can help to bridge the gap between creative content and technical performance (SEO/AEO).

Our Goal: We are looking for a soon-to-be graduate who wants to gain real-world marketing experience while also serving as a potential pathway into a long-term career with ETS Recruit.

Key Responsibilities

• Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis on SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tactics to increase brand visibility for our medical recruiting niches.
• Website Development: Create and optimize dedicated division and specialty pages on our existing company websites, documenting key industry terms and FAQs based on market research.
• Creative Support: Design and edit graphic templates specifically tailored for Account Executive Outreach.
• Data Analytics: Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Collaboration: Support the Marketing Team in core functions and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or Graphic Design preferred).
• Digital Fluency: Familiarity with popular graphic design applications (Canva and Adobe), Website Content Management Systems (WordPress), and Website/Search Engine Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) is strongly preferred.
• Social Media Literacy: Comfortable navigating and leveraging Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Duration: Summer availability of approximately 30-40 hours per week for a 12-to-16-week period.
• The “ETS Fit”: A strong professional drive and a genuine desire to build a career in the Roanoke, VA area.
