*Need Support in Egypt.*
*Location:* Safaga Port, Egypt
*Duration:* 12 Months (Full-time, Commitment)
*Working Days:* Monday to Friday (Standard Hours)
*Role Overview:*
We are seeking an L1 EUC (End User Computing) Engineer to provide onsite technical support at Safaga Port, Egypt. The role involves handling first-line IT support, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Provide Level 1 IT support for end users (onsite support)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Manage user account support (password resets, access issues, basic AD tasks)
Support Windows OS and common business applications
Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
Coordinate with higher-level support teams (L2/L3) when required
Ensure minimal downtime for end users at site
Follow IT policies and security standards
*Required Skills & Experience:*
Experience in L1 EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support role
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently onsite
Pay: E£30,200.00 - E£31,291.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
