Responsibilities:
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize scan tools and oscilloscopes to troubleshoot complex engine, transmission, and electrical issues.
- Digital Inspections (DVI): Perform thorough digital health checks to ensure total transparency with our clients.
- Electrical Mastery: Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to pin-point electrical failures.
- Precision Systems: Perform wheel alignments and adjust vehicle systems to strict manufacturer specifications.
- Maintenance & Repair: Execute everything from routine interval services to heavy line engine/timing repairs on BMW (Mini), Audi, Mercedes, VW, Porsche, and Land Rover.
- Collaboration: Mentor junior techs and work with our Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record at a general repair shop, dealership, or specialty shop working with European cars.
- Diagnostic Fluency: Expert-level ability to use diagnostic software and technical manuals.
- Quality First: A "fix it right the first time" mentality with extreme attention to detail.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a friendly, no-ego environment.
- You will need a Valid driver’s license.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is preferred.
Salary:
- This position will pay between $62,000 - $110,000 annually. We also offer bi-weekly bonuses based on the total shop production!
Pay: $62,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
