We are seeking a skilled and motivated European Automotive Technician that has comprehensive experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles such as Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Maserati and many others. Pay Scale, Incentives & Bonuses

· $70,000 - $100,000+ salary based on experience and certifications

· Paid time off (PTO) – Two weeks PTO after 1 year

European Automotive Technician Roles:

• Advanced diagnostics: Accurately diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and computer-controlled systems with our latest diagnostic tools and scanners.
• Precision Repair: Perform routine maintenance services and advanced repairs with precision and care, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our customers' vehicles.
• Thorough Inspections: Thoroughly inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
• Building Estimates: Provide clear and accurate labor and time estimates to our service advisors, contributing to a seamless and transparent customer experience.
• Quality Control : Provide high-quality workmanship, exceeding customer expectations, and ensuring every vehicle that leaves the facility is safe and reliable.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong focus on European vehicles.
• Certifications: A major plus
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of European vehicle systems, components, and repair procedures.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and other specialized tools.
• Mindset: Exceptional mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, organized, and dedicated to keeping a clean and safe workspace. Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Tools: Must possess a complete set of professional-grade tools. Most diagnostic equipment and tools are provided by JFM Motorcars.
