EV Charger Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of EV chargers, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

2.Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of EV chargers to ensure optimal functionality.

3.Respond promptly to service calls and minimize downtime for clients.

4.Provide technical support to clients and resolve any issues related to EV chargers.

5.Assist customers in understanding and using the equipment effectively.

6.Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.

7.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

8.Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs, warranty certificate, customer compliant register, NCR report, etc.,.

9.Prepare service reports and submit them to the management team.

10.Ensure all work complies with company and regulatory safety standards.

11.Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in EV charging technology.

12.Act as a professional point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and maintaining a positive relationship.

13.Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.

14.Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service tasks.

15.Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in servicing electrical systems or EV chargers.

Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with EV charger software, networking, and related protocols.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in electrical or electronics engineering.

Experience with EV Charger or Low-voltage systems.

Knowledge of EV industry standards and regulations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
