About the Role:

Ample Solar is looking for a motivated and result-oriented EV Charging Sales Representative / EV charging Sales Tele Caller to promote and sell charging solutions for electric vehicles. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their EV charging needs, and offering suitable residential, commercial, and fleet charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms.

·Explain EV charging solutions including home chargers, commercial chargers, and fast-charging systems.

·Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into confirmed customers.

·Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV charging infrastructure solutions.

·Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with technical teams for site feasibility if required.

·Maintain accurate customer data, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM systems.

·Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

·Conduct site visits to assess location feasibility, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for accurate EV charging or solar solution planning.

What We’re Looking For:

·Basic understanding of EV charging systems, electric vehicles, or renewable energy solutions.

·Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.

·Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.

·Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

·Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Commerce / Science / Arts).

Preferred:

1.Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical / Energy Engineering.

2.Diploma or certification in Electric Vehicle Technology or Renewable Energy is an added advantage.

Experience:

·1 years of experience in EV charging, solar sales, electrical products, telecom, or related fields preferred.

·Experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, or customer engagement will be an advantage.

·Fresher can also apply adhering with the minimum qualification
