EV CPO Manager / Head of Charging Operations

We are expanding our EV charging network under QVolt and are hiring an experienced EV CPO Manager / Head of Charging Operations to lead deployment, operations, and commercial growth across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of EV charging stations (AC/DC) across UAE
• Manage vendor coordination, site surveys, installation, commissioning, and approvals
• Oversee CPMS, billing systems, RFID, and driver network integration
• Drive operational uptime, preventive maintenance, and SLA compliance
• Manage relationships with hotels, malls, developers, and fleet partners
• Analyze kWh usage, utilization, and site profitability
• Plan expansion roadmap and execute new site acquisitions
• Ensure all chargers meet UAE standards, safety, and environmental requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years in EV charging, power systems, mobility, or related technical fields
• Strong understanding of AC/DC chargers, power load, CPMS, and site ops
• Ability to manage technical teams and external contractors
• Problem-solving mindset with commercial acumen
• UAE experience preferred
