EV Trainer

Brief about the position:-

We are looking for a Dy Manager Training - EV (Electrical and Electronics) to coordinate and oversee our organization’s Training operations. The role is mainly to EV Training at various ITI at specified location. The specific duties include tracking and Implementing Trainings at ground level. The Employee should be ready to mentor team members/Students & find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Trustworthy to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the job period.

JD:-

o Training

 Control training at various ITIs based on

 Batch Formation (Documentation)

 Class Attendance

 Timely Batch Finish

 Internal Assessment

 Placement Support

 Arrange expert lectures and industry visits

 Timely Reports Submission

 Participate and counter in audit by customer/quality representatives

 Learn and ensure all Data is entered in Company

Software/Zoho

• Skills

 Knowledge of EV Stream (Content and Delivery)

 Knowledge of MS Office will be advantage

3. Reporting and Team

o Reporting to Project Manager

• Work Location

o Phulpur, Maharajganj, Shirur & Bhiwandi

• KRA

o Batch Attendance

o Ensure Timely batch Finish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
