Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles (EVs).
- Inspect and test high-voltage battery systems and related components.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Maintain and repair electric drivetrains, inverters, charging systems, and power electronics.
- Conduct software updates and calibration procedures as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Document all repairs, inspections, and service activities accurately.
- Coordinate with technical support teams and manufacturers when needed.
- Support pre-delivery inspections and vehicle quality checks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with EV experience required.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems and EV battery technologies.
- Experience working with diagnostic tools and automotive software systems.
- Understanding of electric drivetrains, BMS (Battery Management Systems), and charging systems.
- High-voltage certification (preferred).
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English
