Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in event operations, preferably in luxury, corporate, or VIP events
- Proven track record managing large-scale, high-profile, or premium events
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with VIPs, UHNWI clients, government entities, or royal/private offices is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event operations from concept approval through execution and post-event wrap-up
- Manage logistics, timelines, budgets, and on-site operations for luxury and large-scale events
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, designers, caterers, AV teams, security, and production partners
- Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest experience
- Oversee event staff, hosts, and operational teams before and during events
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and contingency planning
- Ensure seamless guest flow, VIP handling, and protocol management
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion for high-profile and UHNWI clients
- Monitor budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and control costs without compromising quality
- Resolve operational issues swiftly and professionally during live events
- Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and improvement plans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- VIPs, UHNWI clients, government entities, or royal offices: 7 years (Required)
