M-F 5:30pm - 8:00pm

M-F 6:00pm - 8:30pm

or

M-F 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Hours may vary slightly depending on the day.

OVERVIEW

SWAV is looking to develop its team of expert cleaning technicians. We are looking for good team players with positive attitudes and a strong work ethic to keep up our quality and efforts to grow and move forward. Cleaning Technicians will be trained in a variety of cleaning services.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, sweep/mop, take out trash, dust/deep clean
• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Keep custodial closets and spaces tidy
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Maintain communication with leads/supervisors
• Follow task lists closely
• Provide pictures of work completed
• Accountability for work done

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Effective with low supervision

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Drivers license
• Transportation access to job site
• Must have a smartphone
• Must live near the job location
• Individually Motivated
• Be able to clear a drug screening within two weeks of hire.
• Detail oriented
