Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive evening classes covering a wide range of esthetic topics including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and advanced treatments like laser therapy and dermabrasion
• Develop detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and industry trends to ensure engaging and effective instruction
• Demonstrate practical skills such as hair extensions, hair coloring, hair styling, threading, and nail care while encouraging student participation
• Provide personalized feedback to students to support their technical proficiency and professional development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped classroom environment conducive to hands-on learning
• Stay current with industry advancements in aesthetic treatments, cosmetology techniques, and adult education methodologies
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and practical demonstrations to ensure competency in core skills like trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and aesthetic laser treatments

Experience

• Proven expertise in esthetic
• Strong classroom teaching experience or background in adult education with the ability to engage diverse learners effectively
• Hands-on experience with a broad spectrum of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and laser treatments
• Knowledge of anatomy relevant to skin care procedures and trigger point therapy techniques
• Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for evening classes or adult learners
• Certification or licensure in esthetics or cosmetology as required by local regulations is preferred
• Experience with advanced procedures such as dermabrasion or laser treatments is a plus
