Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive evening classes on esthetic treatments, skincare, and cosmetology topics to adult learners.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate practical demonstrations and hands-on practice.
• Teach a wide range of skills including facials, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair coloring, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, aesthetic laser treatments, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, nail care, and barbering.
• Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your teaching curriculum.
• Ensure all classroom activities adhere to safety standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in esthetic services such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, hair coloring, hair extensions, threading, dermabrasion, massage therapy (deep tissue), nail care, makeup application, barbering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to esthetic treatments and trigger point therapy.
• Prior teaching or classroom experience with adult learners is highly preferred.
• Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to create engaging educational content.
• Ability to demonstrate technical skills clearly and confidently in front of students.
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations.
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments including laser procedures and dermabrasion techniques is advantageous.
