Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms, ensuring they are spotless and inviting for guests.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing items with care.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas by sanitizing equipment, replenishing supplies, and managing waste disposal according to health standards.
• Assist with custodial tasks such as window cleaning, dusting hard-to-reach areas, and deep cleaning projects as scheduled or needed.
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols related to industrial cleaning supplies and equipment use while maintaining a secure environment for staff and guests.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality operations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including floor care, custodial work, and industrial cleaning processes.
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness, safety procedures, and guest privacy.
• Experience with laundry operations—handling linens and textiles efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Background in custodial management or housekeeper supervision is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards is essential.
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
