WINDSOR BUILDING SERVICES is looking for motivated, high energy crew members that perform general cleaning duties in buildings in a clean, orderly, and functional condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, elevators, and office space.
• Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Restock dispensers / supplies.
• Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.

Physical requirements:

• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
• Significant walking.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift up to 30lbs.

Physical setting:

• Medical office
• Working SOLO

Schedule: 2 locations in close proximity

• Monday - Friday
• Start time 5:30pm / may vary
• Working approx. 15 hours per week / may vary
