Job Summary
Join our dynamic culinary team as an Evening Kitchen Server, working from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and be a vital part of providing nourishing, delicious meals in a vibrant assisted living environment. In this role, you will support meal service, and sanitation efforts to ensure residents enjoy high-quality dining experiences. Duties

• Serve meals efficiently and courteously to residents, ensuring timely delivery during the evening shift
• Support the food production team by helping with meal assembly and basic cooking tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment following sanitation standards
• Buss and clear tables promptly after meals, ensuring a tidy dining environment for residents
• Assist with dishwashing and sanitation duties to ensure compliance with health department standards

Skills

• Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or the food industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure smooth meal service within scheduled hours
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and caregivers
