Evening Maintenance

Responsible for maintaining the upkeep and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Replenishing storeroom supplies.
• Emptying trash cans throughout the property.
• Sorting linens.
• Reporting maintenance problems or completing work repair orders.
• Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
• Delivering special request items such as cribs, rollaways, etc to guest rooms.
• Picking up trash from parking lot and garden areas.
• Unloading and delivering baggage for bus groups.
• Clearing sidewalks of snow and salting as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Company paid health insurance is available for all full time employees after 60 days.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Hours 3:30pm - Midnight
