Evening Master Esthetician

New Image Day & Med Spa is seeking a passionate, experienced Master Esthetician who is committed to delivering exceptional results and unforgettable luxury experiences. We are looking for someone who understands that luxury is in the details—from the treatment room presentation to the guest's final impression.

This is more than just performing facials. We're looking for someone who can create an experience that keeps guests coming back.

Compensation

• Commission-based position
• Starting at 27% commission
• Opportunity to earn up to 37% commission based on performance, productivity, guest retention, and continued growth

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Evening availability required (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Perform customized luxury facial treatments
• Perform advanced esthetic services including:
• HydraFacial
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Lash Lifts
• Brow Laminations
• Waxing
• Other treatments within your scope of practice
• Deliver exceptional facial, neck, shoulder, arm, hand, and scalp massage throughout every treatment
• Educate guests on treatment plans and home care recommendations
• Recommend professional skincare and retail products
• Maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Prepare treatment rooms to reflect a true luxury spa experience
• Build lasting relationships with guests through exceptional customer service
• Assist in creating a calm, relaxing, five-star environment
• Perform beautiful natural nail polish applications when needed

Qualifications

• Current Utah Master Esthetician License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong facial massage techniques
• Confidence in retail sales and product recommendations
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and luxury guest experiences

Working Interview

Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in a working interview as part of the hiring process.

During the working interview, applicants will be evaluated on their ability to:

• Perform a professional client consultation
• Prepare a luxury treatment room
• Deliver a customized facial
• Demonstrate exceptional facial, neck, shoulder, arm, hand, and scalp massage techniques
• Perform a natural nail polish application
• Maintain proper sanitation and professionalism throughout the service
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans
• Create a true five-star luxury guest experience from beginning to end

Pay: $26.69 - $32.15 per hour
