Evening Receptionist

Are you a dependable and friendly individual with exceptional organizational skills? If so, we want you to be a part of our team at Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As our receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who come in and out of our long-term care facility.

Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm

**Responsibilities:**

Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting callers with questions or comments
• Greeting families and visitors with a friendly demeanor
• Managing filing, cash handling, and sorting mail
• Operating various office machines
• Performing additional duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

To excel in this role, you must have:

• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word
• 3 years of customer service experience (a must-have)
• Proficiency in answering phones, faxing, filing, and basic computer skills
• A team player attitude
