Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday | 3:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
The Austin Club, located in the beautifully restored Millett Opera House, is seeking a polished, personable, and service-driven professional to join our team as our Evening Reception & Member Services Coordinator. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent benefits, stability, and the chance to be the welcoming face of one of Austin’s most historic private clubs.
What You’ll Do
· Welcome and greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
· Answer phones, take reservations, and provide helpful information
· Direct guests to the proper areas of the Club
· Assist with light accounting and administrative tasks
· Monitor the entrance and alert management of unauthorized visitors
· Support the Club Accountant and General Manager with small projects
