**1. Scheduling Management**

Ensure all shifts are covered and have been completed on schedule.

*What does it take*:

• Daily review of employee timecards to ensure shift completion.
• Fill in for absentee employees during evening shifts.
• Adjust schedules proactively to cover absences.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly.

**2. Train Employees**

*What does winning look like*:

Train employees on customer needs and locations.

*What does it take*:

• Train new employees on company standards
• Train new employees on specific location needs and task list.
• Train all employees on safety on ongoing basis.
• Perform routine inspections of customer locations.

**3. Support for Special Cleaning Projects**

*What does winning look like*: Special cleaning projects are executed smoothly with all necessary equipment and resources available on time.

**What does it take:**

• Identify equipment, and other resources needed for each project.
• Communicate with team members to ensure readiness and coordination.
• Load all equipment needed for special projects into company vans.
• Assist with special cleaning projects.

**4.MaintainEquipmentand Supplies**

*What does winning look like*: All janitorial equipment and supplies are clean, organized and ready for use.

*What does it take*:

• Clean and put away used equipment and supplies.
• Monitor supply levels consistently.
• Order supplies timely and within budget.
• Track in ventory usage and adjust orders as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Cleaning Experience Required
• Strong Organizational Skills Required
• Supervisor Experience a plus
• English Required, Spanish a plus
• Some Saturday availability a plus

Shift M-F 4:30 PM - 8:30PM, availability to stay until all shifts are completed for the night

$20/hr
