We are looking for an Evening Student Liaison to join our team on the Front Desk!
Available Schedule:
3 day weekends! Mon-Thurs work week
Mon-Thurs, 4:30 PM-9:00 PM

Front Desk Student Liaison Responsibilities include:
- Answer questions from potential students about program offerings and/or direct students to the correct department.
- Greet clients and students with professional, friendly manner
- Provide checkout services
- Answer multi line phone in a professional and timely manner
- Input of student online hour completion into Genesis Software student record
- Balance the cash till daily
- Monitor Admin email account for all incoming emails including those from clients, prospective, and currently enrolled students
- Stock retail counter and keep front office and retail counters clean and organized
- Provide monthly inventory to management
- Creating necessary institutional forms, PowerPoints for programs or events, event invitations, fliers, etc.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings (Tuesday at 3:30PM)
- Various projects assigned by management
- Handle preparations for new classes and upcoming graduations
- Organize and attend graduation ceremonies.
Skills Required:
- Customer-service oriented, welcoming, warm, and friendly
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong proficiency with computer/technical skills (most commonly used programs include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
