Evening Waste Management Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Local routes (apartment complexes)
Shift: Average of 2-3 Hours | Flexible Evening/Night Hours (Sunday Evening-Thursday Evening)
Pay: $15–$17/hr

About the Role:

Swift Integrated Services is hiring Waste Management Specialists for evening shifts to support waste management at apartment complexes. You'll work in crews of two, managing dumpster areas and performing overflow management to maintain waste levels and visual appeal at apartment communities.

Each route takes an average of 2-3 hours to complete and can be done any time between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM.

• The only requirement is that all assigned properties must be fully serviced by 2:00 AM.
• Crews of 2 are free to choose their preferred work window each night within that timeframe.
• Example options: start at 8:00 PM and finish by midnight, or start later — such as midnight to 2:00 AM — depending on what works best for the crew.

This structure provides flexibility while maintaining reliability and consistency for our clients.

Key Duties:

• Ensure dumpster areas are clean and not overflowing
• Relocate excess trash from overflowing dumpsters to available dumpsters using your truck bed (if applicable)
• Remove bulky items causing overflow from dumpster areas and relocate them to designated on-site locations for later removal
• Document all services using company photo documentation tool
• Follow a set route and provide reliable service to our clients

Truck Owner Bonus

We are actively seeking pickup truck owners and drivers. Owning a truck is preferred (and comes with a higher hourly rate), but it is not required to apply.

Options for non-truck owners:

• Join a crew alongside a truck owner
• Use a company-provided vehicle, depending on availability

Truck Owner Benefits:

• 10% Higher base pay
• Gas covered for all shifts
• Quarterly reimbursement toward truck maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including up/down stairs
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
