Evening & Weekend Client Consultant (Warm Leads – No Cold Calling)

We are hiring a high-performing Client Consultant to conduct consultations and follow up with prospective clients during evenings and weekends.

This is not a cold-calling role. All leads are inbound — individuals who have already requested help. Your role is to guide them, educate them, and help them take the next step.

This position is ideal for someone who:

• Has prior sales, admissions, intake, or consultative sales experience
• Is confident speaking with people in high-stress situations
• Is motivated by performance and commission
• Wants flexible, part-time hours
• Performs well without micromanagement

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective clients (virtual and phone)
• Explain services and fee structures clearly and confidently
• Build trust quickly and handle objections professionally
• Follow up with warm prospects who have not yet retained
• Track performance metrics and conversion rates
• Work closely with attorneys and intake team

This is a performance-based role. You will not be cold calling. You will be speaking with people who have already expressed interest in our services.

Hours Needed

Primarily evenings and weekends.
