Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Heritage Senior Living of Marysville. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks essential for our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Assist with scheduling reservations for the private dining room.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to resident interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
