Evening/Night Caregiver

Job Summary

Life of Riley Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team for evening and overnight shifts. We offer some short 4 hour shifts and 12 hours, making this a great opportunity for those looking to build a consistent schedule.

Our caregivers play a vital role in supporting residents with dignity, respect, and quality care in a warm, home-like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide evening and nighttime support, including safety checks and monitoring
• Assist with medication reminders (per facility guidelines)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Accurately document care and communicate with team members

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (assisted living, home care, or similar)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to pass background check
