Evening/Weekend Dispatcher

Job Summary
We are seeking a Dispatcher for evenings and weekends who will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians to customer sites during off hours. This role ensures timely response to emergency calls, effective scheduling of after hours service requests, and clear communication between customers, technicians, and the office team.

The hours for this job are Daily 4pm-9pm, Weekends 8am-8pm and Holidays

Duties

• Receive incoming services calls and determine urgency, nature of the issue, and appropriate technician assignment.
• Dispatch technicians to customer locations based on schedule, skillset, and proximity.
• Monitor technician status, progress, and location throughout shifts
• Provide updates to customers regarding estimated arrival times
• Document service requests, dispatch details, and technician notes accurately in the company's system
• Handle emergency and priority calls with professionalism and a sense of urgency
• Communicate effectively with day dispatch and management to ensure seamless handoffs

Skills

• Precious experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
