About the Role
Pixel Pro Event Production LLC is expanding its dynamic team in Dubai! We’re seeking an experienced and driven Event Account Manager – Sales who is passionate about building relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event industry sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts — from initial contact through project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, education, and agency sectors.
- Prepare and present customized proposals that meet client objectives and budgets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and deal closures.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments — project management, technical, and creative — to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage client communications throughout the sales and event lifecycle.
- Represent Pixel Pro at industry networking events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales or account management (event industry experience is mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- A creative, proactive thinker with a passion for events and client satisfaction.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
