We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Event & Sponsorship Manager to join our growing team in Muscat.

The ideal candidate will combine strong event management capabilities with sponsorship and business development skills, supporting the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and corporate projects across Oman.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, exhibitions, and brand activations from concept to completion

- Manage event timelines, suppliers, logistics, production, and on-ground operations

- Coordinate with clients, venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

- Support the development of creative event concepts and client presentations

Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships

- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, clients, and stakeholders

- Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements

Support business development efforts and contribute to achieving project revenue targets

- Assist in budgeting, reporting, and post-event evaluations

- Ensure high standards of execution, client servicing, and event experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in event management, activations, exhibitions, or sponsorships

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Oman

2. Strong understanding of event operations and production processes

3. Good corporate network and relationship-building skills within Oman

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

5. Strong organizational and project management abilities

6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

7. Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred

8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred
