Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of seasonal events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly from setup to wrap-up
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to promote upcoming events and initiatives
- Implement multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing email marketing, print advertising, digital ads, and content marketing strategies to maximize reach
- Support the creation of promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Conduct research on target audiences and market trends to optimize event promotion strategies and improve engagement
- Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying potential partners and sponsors aligned with event themes
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure success and inform future marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Previous experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media marketing, or event planning is preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools is advantageous
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data for insights that enhance campaign effectiveness
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling promotional content
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork
