Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (optional after-hours shifts available)

Location: Hotel setting, Palm Springs

Pay: $22/hour

About the Role

You'll be part of a professional childcare team running structured, daycare-style care during a multi-day private event. Children will be grouped by age in designated rooms — so you'll always know your group and your space. This is an organized, supportive environment with team leads on-site.

This is a private religious gathering that requires a calm, respectful presence at all times. Sitters who thrive here are patient, professional, and genuinely love being around little ones.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and actively engage infants and toddlers throughout each shift
• Follow feeding schedules, diapering routines, and nap times with consistency and care
• Create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment in your assigned room
• Support age-appropriate play, activities, and interaction throughout the day
• Maintain clear, professional communication with team leads and parents
• Assist with light cleanup and organization of play areas

What We're Looking For

✅ Hands-on experience with infants and/or toddlers (daycare, nannying, babysitting)

✅ Reliable and punctual — if you're booked, you show up

✅ Comfortable in a structured, group childcare setting

✅ Team-oriented with strong communication skills

✅ Respectful of the nature of a private religious event

✅ CPR/First Aid certified (preferred, not required)

✅ Must be 18+
