Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Event Barista to serve at special events around the Pittsburgh area. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee and enjoys engaging with people. You’ll be responsible for helping transport and setting up our coffee cart, serving a variety of beverages and ensuring smooth operations at events. The expected hours per week range from 5-15, is perfect for someone who is looking to supplement their primary income.

Responsibilities:

• Transport and set up the coffee cart, all necessary supplies and equipment at event locations (must be able to lift 50+ lbs.).
• Serve coffee, tea and other beverages to guests in a wide variety of environments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after events.
• Oversee event operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, excellent guest experience, and timely service.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during service times.

Requirements:

• Barista and/or Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, moving, setting up equipment).
• Outgoing and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to problem-solve on the go and stay composed under pressure.
