About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, experienced individuals who are able to create a pleasant and memorable guest experience by delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

We are currently seeking candidates for permanent, part-time and full-time positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY - Essential Functions

· Greets and interacts with guests in a pleasant and professional manner

· Mixes cocktails, pours wine, beer and all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the event.

· Enters orders in Point of Sale (POS) software and collects payment, as needed.

· Monitors alcohol consumption, exercising best practices in accordance with state and local laws.

· Makes beverage recommendations.

· Upsells and promotes products.

· Maintains a clean bar and workspace.

· Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

· Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all wine, beer and spirits offered in the event space.

· Performs side work, as assigned.

· Stocks products and glassware.

· Reports guest issues to management.

· Performs other duties and tasks, as needed.

· Breakdown and clean the bar according to the provided checklist.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Prior experience bartending events.

· Current TIPS certification.

· Flexibility, working varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

· Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a positive and guest-focused attitude.

· Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

· Professional appearance.

· Basic Food and Beverage (F&B) knowledge, with focus on wine and spirits offered at the facility.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work under stress, while remaining calm and demonstrating patience.

· Advanced listening skills, demonstrating attentiveness and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

· Ability to quickly learn POS software and operate it efficiently.

Pay: $6.75 - $7.00 per hour
