Event Bartender/ Barback

Join our team for the Dumas Rodeo! On Tour Concessions is managing all bar concessions for the Dumas Rodeo and we’re looking for professional, energetic bartenders to help deliver a fast, fun, and high-quality beverage experience for hundreds of guests.

About the Event:
The Dumas rodeo is an annual event drawing hundreds of attendees. Multiple full-service portable bar stations will be set up to keep lines moving and drinks flowing.

Position:
Event Bartender (Temporary Contract)

Dates & Times:

• Friday June 12 & Saturday June 13
• Afternoon and evening shifts available

Location:
Dumas, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Serve beer, wine, and mixed beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Set up and break down portable bar stations each day
• Process cashless transactions using modern POS systems
• Ensure compliance with all TABC and event guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification required
• Prior bartending experience preferred (especially in high-volume events)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the venue each day
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Perks

• You keep all your own tips—no tip pooling
• This is a temporary contracted position- Pay is TIPS only (Barback is a set pay)
