Event & Brand Assistant

Overview

We are seeking an Event & Brand Assistant to join our energetic team at MAD Events. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of live events and brand activations. You’ll gain hands-on experience helping brands connect with customers and creating memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing live events and promotions.
• Support brand activations by engaging with customers and representing client brands.
• Help manage event logistics, including setup, tear-down, and on-site coordination.
• Collect feedback and track event outcomes to support team reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic, reliable, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest in events, marketing, or brand promotion.
• No prior experience required, full training provided.

Pay: $45,857.84 - $55,226.64 per year
